Headquartered in Tokyo, Content Guru has been established in Japan for almost 10 years, during which time it has become a major CX player. Yoneda-san will now drive the organisation’s next phase of growth, focused on AI-driven services.
Yoneda-san has deep knowledge of the technology and communications sectors and over a decade of experience as a Country Manager in Japan, supporting leading international brands. He has led go-to-market teams and held various positions supporting sales and marketing for several high growth US tech companies.
Content Guru has a strong presence in Japan, with its consultancy, development, projects and operations teams, and has worked with a number of leading enterprises, including Aioi Nissay Dowa, Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Rakuten.
